Subscription Terms

1. Trial and price

POP SHOP RX Pro includes a 10-day free trial. A valid payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the payment method will be charged $9.95 plus applicable taxes when the trial ends.

2. Automatic renewal

After the trial, the membership renews automatically each month at $9.95 plus applicable taxes until canceled. The renewal date is based on the paid subscription start date.

3. Consent

Enrollment requires affirmative consent to the recurring charge terms immediately before checkout. Creating a free POP SHOP RX account alone does not begin the paid trial or authorize charges.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel through the online billing portal. Cancel before the trial expiration to avoid the first charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period unless otherwise shown.

5. Reminders and receipts

We may send trial, renewal, payment, and cancellation notices by email. Keep your email current. Stripe may also send billing notices and receipts.

6. Failed payments

If payment fails, access may be limited, paused, or canceled. Stripe may retry payment according to configured billing settings.

7. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated, charges are nonrefundable and partial-month refunds are not provided. Contact support promptly regarding billing errors.

8. Price changes

Future price changes will be disclosed in advance as required by law and will apply prospectively.
