Privacy Policy

1. Information collected

We may collect account details, profile information, selected goals, saved education topics, symptom and laboratory entries, AI Coach conversations, subscription status, device data, and support communications.

2. Sensitive information

Health-related entries can be sensitive. Only provide information you are comfortable storing. POP SHOP RX is not automatically a HIPAA-covered entity and should not be assumed to provide HIPAA-regulated services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

3. Uses

Information is used to provide the app, personalize educational content, maintain security, process subscriptions, improve features, respond to support requests, and comply with law.

4. Service providers

We may use Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication and storage, OpenAI for secure AI processing through our backend, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

5. AI data handling

AI Coach prompts and relevant approved knowledge context may be sent to the configured AI provider. Do not enter emergency information, government identifiers, payment card details, or information about another person without authority.

6. Retention

We retain information while the account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, billing, and operational purposes. Deletion requests may be subject to legally required retention.

7. Choices

Users may update profile information, cancel subscriptions, and request access or deletion by contacting support. Additional rights may apply based on location.

8. Security

We use access controls and managed cloud services, but no system is completely secure. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
